Steps
- Open our status page, hedgehogchef.betteruptime.com. It shows whether each part of Hedgehog Chef is working, any problem we're fixing and any maintenance we've planned. It's run for us by Better Stack, on their own site.
- When something's wrong, a notice at the top of the app and of this site says so and links to the details.
- If the status page says everything's working but the app still won't open, check your connection, then reload the page or close and reopen the installed app.
- Still stuck? Send us a message from Settings › Help & what's new, or email support@hedgehogchef.com with what you see.
