On the web, iPhone and Android
On the web
Your browser asks for permission. If you said no before, allow notifications for app.hedgehogchef.com in the browser's site settings.
iPhone and iPad
Notifications need iOS 16.4 or later and Hedgehog added to your Home Screen. Open it from the Home Screen icon, not Safari, then turn notifications on.
Android
If nothing arrives, check Android's settings for Chrome (or the installed app) allow notifications.
Still nothing?
- Check the Timing card: quiet hours (10 pm to 7 am to start with) hold reminders back.
- Turn notifications on again on each device: it's set per device, and after the move to app.hedgehogchef.com every device needs it again.
- The bell in the app keeps every notification, whether or not push arrives.
