Changes aren't syncing, or I'm offline
Changes show up for everyone in your kitchen within moments. Offline, your shopping list, this week's plan and the recipes saved on the device still open, and shopping changes sync when you're back.

Steps
- Look for the offline banner at the top. If it's there, your device has no connection; it clears when you reconnect.
- Check you and the other person are in the same kitchen: Settings › Kitchen & members lists its members.
- Pull down or reload the page, or close and reopen the installed app.
- Still not right? Send us a message from Settings › Help & what's new with Include diagnostics on.
What works offline
Partly. Once you've signed in on a device, your shopping list, this week's and next week's plan, and the recipes saved on that device (your favorites, the planned meals and the ones you opened recently) open without a signal. Offline you can check off and add shopping items; they sync when you're back, with a note saying how many were saved. Everything else, like editing a recipe or the pantry, needs a connection. Signing out drops changes that haven't synced yet.
