Cook with step-by-step cook mode
Start cooking shows one step at a time, keeps the screen on, and turns times in the steps into timers. Cook a meal times several recipes to finish together.

Steps
- Open a recipe and tap Start cooking (C on a keyboard).
- Set Cooking for and Units, and tick off the Gather everything checklist.
- Go step by step. Tap a time in a step, or Start a timer, to set a timer; timers keep running if you leave.
- At the end, say how it turned out and add notes for next time.
Several dishes at once
Cook a meal cooks up to six recipes so they're ready together, as soon as possible or at a set time, for one or two cooks and the burners and ovens you have. Start it from Today, a recipe's menu (Cook with other recipes…) or a day on the meal plan.
